Positive Dining was an innovative dining experience created in collaboration between French Chef Clément Hernandez and Australian/Thai ceramic artist Vipoo Srivilasa. Featuring five creative processes used in both ceramic work and French cuisine, the 5-course tasting dinner was accompanied by interactive activities designed to foster a sense of positivity and connection. 

Diners were welcomed with custom-created “LoveLAB” bites, before being invited to take part in interactive activities such as burning bad luck and engaging with the creative processes behind the meal. The evening culminated in an unforgettable and uplifting experience of shared joy and connection.
