Water Spirit 2024

Water Spirit celebrates the power of water in bringing people together and fostering connection and placemaking. The symbolism of water and water spirits have been revered for centuries and are deeply intertwined with many diverse cultural traditions. Srivilasa’s playfully oversized Water Spirit provides a symbol of inclusivity, joy and friendship for the Home Docklands site. Its pristine white finish and decorative embellishments are familiar elements of the artist’s work, along with the water-inspired mosaic, which offers a sense of peace and harmony.
