Love takes many shapes, forms and flavours. We describe lovers as sweet, relationships as sour and unrequited feelings as bitter.

In my interactive LoveLAB performance, I invite participants to imagine their ideal lover—and literally taste the result.

The experience begins with a short questionnaire, with each answer connected to a particular ingredient. Using their responses, I create a personalised canapé served in one of my handmade porcelain flower dishes.

Through this playful culinary experience, participants taste a flavour representing their own unique vision of love.
