Little People, 2020-21

Little People is a series of whimsical porcelain sculptures exploring storytelling and the complexities of everyday human experience.

Each brightly painted figure presents a playful scene connected to friendship, family and love.

I created the series during lockdown as a way of coping with fear and uncertainty. Making these small figures gave me positive energy and comfort and helped me move through difficult emotions.

Through their stories, I invite viewers to find moments of joy during challenging times and to reflect on their own emotions and relationships.
