Positive Dining was an interactive culinary experience I co-created with French chef Clément Hernandez from Workshop Restaurant, inspired by our shared passion for fire.
Together, we transformed raw ingredients into something creative and beautiful using techniques shared by our professions: rolling, pinching, decorating, glazing and firing.
The five-course tasting dinner was accompanied by interactive activities designed to encourage positivity and connection. Guests took part in rituals including burning away bad luck, fortune-telling with a custom-made bowl, and decorating their main course using colours and elements drawn from my artwork.
